Headquartered in Lishui City, Zhejiang Province, SAEPP operates 3 manufacturing plants throughout China and globally, offers more than thousands of items from standard on/off to special high precision regulated products.

At SAEPP, the quality philosophy is focus on the achievement of the standardization of the highest quality requirements in each single product. SAEPP uses only high-quality materials inspected & tested to International Standards and utilizes advanced manufacturing technology with special emphasis on safety, quality and long service life.

QUALITY STATEMENT

OVERVIEW

From the introduction of ISO 9001 and our documented quality management system, this will ensure that specific processes & procedures are created and adhered to which will assist with our goal in satisfying customer expectations.

All items from Saepp are manufactured by employing the best raw materials, carefully selected, correctly identified and analysed. The machining is carried out with the latest type equipment to the most up-to-date methods. All products supplied by Saepp are constantly tested and inspected to ensure a full compliance to the most up-to-date International standards and tolerances.

QUALITY COMMITMENT

Saepp ensures that the valves manufactured complying with the most sophisticated technical and contractual requirements by coordinating and optimizing control, in-process inspections and examinations through the final pressure test. Saepp achieves its quality requirements, in part, by performing its activities in accordance with their Quality Assurance System.

Saepp assures all valves with the highest grade complying with the most severe technical and contractual requirements.

QUALITY PHILOSOPHY

Saepp's Quality Assurance System is created to guarantee the consistent quality expected or exceed an international level. A wide options of the latest generation inspection and test equipment permits Saepp Valves with the highest Quality Control levels, control processes capability and the final product's quality.

An integrated combination and optimization of controls at Saepp factories and in process inspections, examinations and final pressure tests (conventional and special tests), assure valves of the highest grade complying with the most severe technical and contractual requirements.

DESTRUCTIVE INSPECTION

Mechanical tests, hardness test and impact test up to -196°C .

Micro-examinations by electronic microscope up to 500 times magnification .

Macro-examinations .

Ferrite check according to E562 .

Chemical analysis from CS Super Alloys, using spectrometer.

Check analysis, C&S using induction analyser .

Corrosion tests (eg IGC) .

Step cooling test for alloy steel material [F22].
